Late 1950's early 1960's feather hat. Some call this a Half Hat, as it is a
feather band that is actually worn perched on your head. This hat is a stunner
with beautiful feathers that cover your forehead with feather bangs. and in
excellent condition.
Perfect as a dressy cocktail party hat. I would say this is a combination of
pheasant & other exotic feathers.
